Intelligent Call Routing

To the best of our knowledge, we’re the first to implement intelligent call routing using #Asterisk & #vTiger.

Intelligent call routing is checking incoming calls against CRM records; and for existing customers, connect them directly to their agents if they’re available. That improves customer service and increases business productivity, where the existing customer has the same agent follows his request initiated in a previous call rather than re-explain his request to a new agent every call.
